Company (Campbell's insurance carrier) to recover damages arising out of an automobile accident. The accident occurred on Highway 50 in a rural area of Kenosha county about nine o'clock on the evening of May 9, 1955, as
a result of the automobile operated by Vidakovic colliding with the rear of Campbell's car which had come to a complete stop
on the highway some seconds before. As a result of the collision Vidakovic sustained personal injuries and his automobile
was damaged.
